Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or refunds for our tanning products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If for some reason you are not happy with our products please do not hesitate to contact us so we can fix this in order to help us solve any issues in the future.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any faulty or damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and photographic evidence must be supplied. Anything reports out with this period will not be accepted.
